    CORE KICKBOXING

    Cardio-fitness class for men and women designed to increase flexibility, weight loss/control and muscle tone in a fun and exciting atmosphere. Utilizing heavy bags, weights, body weight, abdominal drills and stretching routines, this is a NON-STOP hour of CALORIE BURNING! (This is a NON contact class)

  • CHILDREN'S KICKBOXING

    CHILDREN'S KICKBOXING

    Children need exercise. Children need excitement. Children need focus. Classes are fun and physically challenging, rewarded with self-confidence, self-respect, self-disciple and self-defense. Ages range from 5-12 years old. Class is sponsored by the Police Athletic League (PAL), a huge honor & commitment!

  • TEENS KICKBOXING

    TEENS KICKBOXING

    Practical, competitive and fun program for young men & women ages 13 thru 19. This program is a good transition into Adult Kickboxing for Fighting program, as well as a great beginners class to develop basic defense and fighting skills. Class is sponsored by the Police Athletic League (PAL), a huge honor & commitment!

  • KICKBOXING FOR FIGHTING

    KICKBOXING FOR FIGHTING

    More advanced and instructional class based on fighting drills, techniques and combinations. Majority of the class is spent with partners practicing angles and movements. Some classes are NON contact, utilizing focus mitts and kicking pads. Other classes ARE contact, geared to maximize comfort & respond to aggression. These classes are a great way to practically apply the techniques & drills worked on.

  • JIU-JITSU

    JIU-JITSU

    A martial art, combat sport, and self defense system that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using proper technique, leverage and taking the fight to the ground. BJJ training can be used for sport grappling tournaments (gi and no-gi) and mixed martial arts (MMA) competition or self-defense. Sparring ("rolling") and live drilling play a major role in training.

  • JIU-JITSU CHILDREN/TEENS

    JIU-JITSU CHILDREN/TEENS

    Self-confidence, self-respect, disciple & self-defense are just a few benefits for the youth in the BJJ program. The colored belt system provides positive reinforcement & teaches youth to strive, while developing a sense of accomplishment and pride. It is not only a martial art, it is also a sport; a method for promoting physical fitness, building character and ultimately a way of life for our youth. Program strives to prepare students for more competitive opponents that they will face as they continue to progress in their skills. Classes are exciting, challenging, and fun!
